Rajab Dua

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the Name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Assalamualikum WaRahmathullahi WaBarakathuhu,
Dear Readers,
We have just reached  the Month of Rajab, which is just
two months away from the month of Ramadhan,so let us
read the dua which Nabi  صلى الله عليه وسلم read on sighting
the moon of Rajab. He used to pray to Allah in the following
words :

اَللّهُمَّ بَارِك لَنَا فىِ رَجَبَ وشَعْبَان وبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ

O Allah, make the months of Rajab and
Sha'ban blessed for us, and let us reach
the month of Ramadhan (i.e. prolong our
life up to Ramadhan,so that we may
benefit from its merits and blessings)
