In the Name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Four Witnesses to Sin
Whenever any individual commits a sin there exists four witnesses
to that sin. All four of these witnesses are attested to by the Qur'an.
The First Witness
The First Witness is the earth. That piece of the earth on which
a sin is committed becomes a witness to that sin.
The proof of this from the Qur'an is :
This can be easily understood in this modern age of high-tech
recording devices the components of which are all derived from
the earth. Thus, when objects derived from the earth are capable
of recording sound and images when worked upon by man, it is
more than evident that at the command of the Creator, the earth
cannot but obey and give evidence.
The limbs with which sins are committted will also bear testimony
on the Day of Judgement. Moulana Rumi states :
The eyes will attest to the evil glances it cast.
The ears will bear witness to the backbiting it heard.
The lips will confirm the illicit kisses it stole.
The hands will verify its theft.
Similarly, the feet, if they proceeded to cinemas, will bear testimony
to the fact. In the same light these limbs are a witness to the good
deeds performed.
The good deeds being performed at Arafah, Mina and Muzdalifa
are also being prepared to bear witness on the Day.
Kiraaman Kaatibeen. The angles that record one's Deeds.
كِرَاماً كَاتِبِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ مَاتَفْعَلُونَ
Considering the fact that these will be the four witnesses that will
bear evidence for or against us, what should we do? Is there any
solution to those who have already committed acts of oppression
against themselves and who have already established witnesses
against themselves? Is there any way to ensure that these witnesses
could take their evidence against them and that the evidence itself,
disappears?

The day the earth will furnish its report.
Surah Al-Zilzalah : 4
Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said ''Those actions that take
place on the surface of the earth will be attested to by that very
piece of ground''
(Tafseer-e-Mazhari Vol.1,pg 322)

اَليَومَ نَجْتِمُ عَلى اَفوَاهِهِمُ وَتُكَلِّمُنَا اَيْدِيْهِمُ
وَتَشْهِدُ اَرْجُلُهُمُ بِمَا كَانُو يَكْسِنُونَ
''The day We will seal their mouth, and their
hands shall speak, and their feet will testify
to every thing they earned''
Surah Ya'seen :70

The book of Deeds.
وَاِذَا الصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتُ
''And when the book of deeds are opened.''
Surah Al-Takwir :10
Considering the fact that these will be the four witnesses that will
bear evidence for or against us, what should we do? Is there any
solution to those who have already committed acts of oppression
against themselves and who have already established witnesses
against themselves? Is there any way to ensure that these witnesses
could take their evidence against them and that the evidence itself,
disappears?
Conditions Of Taubah
Allah's Beloved Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم has left behind a
prescription for the Ummah in the form of taubah, Taubah has
to be accompanied with necessary conditions in order to guarantee
acceptance, three of which pertain to the rights of Allah Ta'ala and
one to the rights of fellow creation.There are thus, in total, four conditions.
